At Kakimaa, we care about your satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality products with a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Only products that are unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with all tags intact will be accepted.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, you must share unboxing video and product images as proof within the 5-day window.
Products purchased during sale or clearance may not be eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect.
How to Initiate a Return

Order Number
Reason for Return
Product Images / Unboxing Video (if damaged or incorrect)
Once reviewed, our team will contact you with pickup or return shipment instructions.
Refund / Settlement Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
Refund amount will be settled within 7 working days to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your chosen option.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested product is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Innerwear, accessories, personalized or custom-made items, or products marked non-returnable.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and must follow the return process.
